Chef Alivia’s Dish Impressed the Judges

In the final round, the six student finalists drew cards to determine the protein and side dish ingredients they’d incorporate into their entrees. Chef Alivia drew beef tenderloin for her protein and asparagus, carrots, and potatoes for her side dishes.

Her creation? A culinary masterpiece. Chef Alivia’s dish amazed the judges with its harmony of flavors and flawless presentation. The tender, juicy beef paired beautifully with the crisp asparagus, sweet carrots, and creamy, buttery mashed potatoes. Chef Alivia’s unique twist on the sides brought depth to her entrée, showcasing her creativity and skill.
